Our little Vacation to St. george and Zions
our family just entering the park
We went to St. George and Zions over Memorial Weekend and had a blast. We went with Mike and Sue and Nate and Jenn's family. Zion's was so beautiful. I had been there before with friends right after graduation. I remember it was pretty but man I must have totally forgot because I couldn't get enough of the breath taking views. It really was amazing. The kids had so much fun running around on the rocks and in the sand. They also had fun catching Caterpillars on the hikes and having them crawl up their arms . We had a lot of laughs on the trip including the DELUXE breakfast our hotel offered. The deluxe breakfast turned out to be watered down orange juice and a danish cut in 4 pieces. Matt was not impressed at all and went and grabbed us some juice and bagels. We joked about the so called deluxe breakfast the whole trip. It was pretty funny. We had beautiful weather and lots of fun. We really need to go back again soon!
I have lots and lots of fun pictures to post. I'll post them in a slideshow in the next couple of days:)

SPRING UPDATE
I really meant to post these pics sooner. Lexi's field trip was at the Hogle Zoo. I went with her and we had lots of fun. She was so excited to ride the bus. We had 5 kids in our group that we had to keep track of. They were really a fun group of kids. One of the boys in our group kept calling Lexi "Lexi Pexi" and then they would all giggle. It was pretty funny. We saw all the animals and ate lunch and played on the playground. They all were so happy to be at the zoo together!
Addie's field trip was at the Black Island Farm. She had so much fun with all her little friends she has made at school . She got to see a lot of animals, ride the little train and jump in the jack-o-lantern jump house. They had the jump house set up so the kids could jump. She really liked the pigs but boy were they smelly :) We also got to go on a hayride and learn about vegetables and how they are planted. We had such beautiful weather for both field trips which is always nice. It was so much fun to go on these trips with my girls :)
