SPRING UPDATE

Well it's been a while since I've posted anything. The girls both had their field trips at school.
I really meant to post these pics sooner. Lexi's field trip was at the Hogle Zoo. I went with her and we had lots of fun. She was so excited to ride the bus. We had 5 kids in our group that we had to keep track of. They were really a fun group of kids. One of the boys in our group kept calling Lexi "Lexi Pexi" and then they would all giggle. It was pretty funny. We saw all the animals and ate lunch and played on the playground. They all were so happy to be at the zoo together!

Addie's field trip was at the Black Island Farm. She had so much fun with all her little friends she has made at school . She got to see a lot of animals, ride the little train and jump in the jack-o-lantern jump house. They had the jump house set up so the kids could jump. She really liked the pigs but boy were they smelly :) We also got to go on a hayride and learn about vegetables and how they are planted. We had such beautiful weather for both field trips which is always nice. It was so much fun to go on these trips with my girls :)

Hannah Montana movie

We went and saw the Hannah Montana for family night tonight. Yes, I really really liked it. It was just a cute wholesome movie with a good message. It was really cute Lexi was smiling ear to ear the whole movie. I found myself singing the songs to myself more than Lexi . I really like "The Climb" song . When we came out of the theatre she asked if we could go see it again :) The popcorn was really yummy too ! If you haven't seen the movie yet I recommend it.

Harrison's 4 month check up

Today Harrison had his 4 month check up. Yes, I'm in denial that he is 4 months. How did this happen? Why do they grow so fast??? He weighs 12 lbs 5 0z. and is 24 1/2 inches long. He is still our little guy :). He woke up so happy and was smiling at me all morning. He was smiling at babbling at all the people in the waiting room . It was really cute. It seems like they are always happy the day they have to go in and get those shots. They really just don't know what is coming . The doctor said he was doing wonderful and was very pleased to see him doing so well. He does have a crusty eye and a little stuffy nose. We got some medicine for his eye so hopefully that will help. He cried out when they put the shots in but as soon as I picked him up he was fine. He has been so cute and cuddly all day. Today was one of those days where I didn't want to put him down because he was being so sweet and cuddly. He really hasn't been fussy with the shots. He fell asleep on Matt in the recliner while watching TV tonight. It was really cute. As you can see in the picture I don't think he was liking the camera too much while he was trying to sleep :) He is so much fun and sweet and I'm so thankful for his health he has been blessed with so far. We love you baby boy.

Harrison's Blessing

Our sweet little baby Harrison

Thank you Uncle Zach for the wonderful pictures. It was nice not to have to run around and worry about taking pictures. We blessed Harrison last Sunday. As you can see in some of the pictures he isn't too happy because he was hungry and I'm sure a little tired but for the most part he did great. It was a wonderful day. We had some crazy snow in the morning but it cleared up for the most part in the afternoon. Thank goodness for 1:00 church. I think this was the first time we had the late church for a baby blessing. It was nice to be able to get things done in the morning... even though I was running around the house all morning like a chicken with my head cut off. We had a great turn out and we thank you all for coming and sharing this special day with us. I'm thankful every day for my sweet baby boy. He has brought so much joy into our family. His sweet little smile brightens up my day. We love you Harrison.
